Summary
The NZCTU supports the changes outlined by the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Bill (No 2) (‘The Bill’). The NZCTU commends the Bill as a step in the right direction but notes that further improvements to the legislation are required if the ACC scheme is to give full effect to the spirit and intent of the five founding Woodhouse principles.
